Returns

• Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to food and beverages that are at risk of deterioration or that have been opened (e.g., uncorked bottles of wine), pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
• In case of returns, the products must be returned intact, in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt/invoice.
• Before returning an item, the customer must contact info@franclizer.it to receive instructions (RMA) and the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to incorrect addresses may not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer, except in cases where free shipping is available for orders that meet certain requirements.
• Partial returns of multiple packages or opened products are not accepted.
• Franc Lizer will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• In the event of a refund for online purchases, any fees deducted by payment systems (e.g., credit cards) are non-refundable.
